As a widow I went on my own transformational journey, and navigating grief was so much harder than I’d expected. I help you to clarify the misconceptions holding you back, to understand what is and isn’t normal, to manage your emotions and give yourself permission to feel them and grieve your loss. As we work through your unique challenges I help compassionately guide you to a place where you can find that there is life after loss, that you can find meaning despite your pain and that hope for joy is a real possibility. Being able to hope is vital for reimagining your future without your loved one.
