I am a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor. I treat children ages 4 and older, adolescents, and adults. I help clients build upon their strengths while providing guidance to develop healthy coping mechanisms and relaxation techniques. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling to help develop a healthy life balance.
I have extensive experience helping individuals cope with anxiety, grief and loss, OCD, ADHD, depression, LGBTQ issues and trauma, as well as working with those struggling with various life transitions and relationship issues. I also work with those on their adoption journey, whether it be birth parents, potential/current adoptive families or adoptees.
