Life Looks Different Now ~ Who Am I?
Navigating your new life after loss ~ For anyone who has lost a loved one during this pandemic, your virtual grief support group is starting next month.
Day: Tuesdays, February 1 – March 22
Time: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Cost: $35/session
This closed support group is for those who have experienced a loss throughout this pandemic. The loss does not have to be covid related, but it opens up an opportunity for others to share their challenging experiences of losing a loved one during a global pandemic. The group will provide education on the grieving process, coping, changes in identity, navigating “the new normal,” honoring a loved one, and providing support to those who are trying to process how life looks different now. Residents of NY only. $35 per group session.
