Deciding to come to therapy can be very scary. Sharing your most intimate thoughts with someone can be even more frightening. This is why I make sure that I create a very safe, caring, positive, and secure place where you can feel comfortable and know that you are with someone who truly cares about your well-being. My passion is helping individuals (children, teens and adults), couples, families, and groups work through stress, anxiety, fear, personal challenges, grief, family, and relationship issues.
I believe that if you change the way you think, you can change your behavior. I also want to help you focus on solutions and not problems. My approach will be tailored to you to help you reach your goals.
The most important relationship you have is with yourself. I am here to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others.
