I offer short-term counseling, psychotherapy, and community workshops/education in the Montrose, Colorado area.
I work with teens through adults who are navigating challenging life situations and change. Prior to private practice, I worked in the hospice grief and bereavement field providing individual, group, and community support for grief and anticipatory grief. I bring that experience with me into my private practice.
In the field of grief and loss, I offer support for:
*grief related to death of a person
*grief related to death of a pet
*grief related to terminal diagnosis or health challenges
*anticipatory grief related to impending death of self
*anticipatory grief related to another person
*significant life changes, such as job loss, moving, divorce, etc.
I also work with people in adjusting to life changes, creating connection, building relationships, mindfulness practice, finding mind/body/heart/spirit balance, setting boundaries, finding authenticity, developing coping strategies, finding meaning, and more.
