- In order that we strive and move forward despite whatever obstacles we might face in life, we must instill the concept of RESILIENCY in our children, adolescents and adults. Resiliency teaches us to continue to move forward despite the obstacles we face. I see children and adults with depression, anxiety, and situational stressors. I use CBT, Solution focused brief therapy and Mindfulness Training. These approaches strive to build awareness of the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
