Life is hard, and you’re really feeling it right now. You feel as if you’re treading water, and waves threaten to pull you down beneath the surface. When you look in the mirror, all you hear is “not enough.” You think, “I should be content with my life as it is… so, why do I feel like I’m missing something?” You want to scream at the top of your lungs that life is not fair and that because you went through (fill in the blank) you deserve (fill in the blank). Wherever you are in life, you so desperately want to hear and know that you ARE enough. That you’ve got this. That you’re worth it.
I am here to sit with you, to listen to you, to encourage and empower you to continue your story. Together we can work on continuing your story… because you do have this, you are enough, and you are so worth it.
I provide counseling for the following: postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, postpartum grief, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and more. I service the following areas in Texas: Flower Mound, Lewisville, Argyle, Justin, Lantana, Denton, Grapevine, and surrounding communities. I am also available via telehealth (or video counseling).
