I offer grief counseling, assisting with processing and becoming grounded with the new changes. I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience working with individuals that are experiencing many types of grief. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and more. I am also a Certified Christian Counselor willing to integrated spirituality concepts if so desired. I recognize attempting to live with the hurt and pain is quite difficult and many times feels hopeless. I am here to assist you in learning what it takes for you to push forward in life and become successful accomplishing your goals. I believe in improving self holistically – We are humans developing physically, mentally and spiritually.
