I recognize that building a strong therapeutic relationship between client and clinician is essential for change to occur. Therefore, unconditional acceptance, empathy, support, and trust are maintained throughout every session. I strive to promote a safe environment to face life’s most difficult challenges, working to encourage and empower each individual along the way. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling with over 9 years of experience working with teens and adults.
