I am a former hospice nurse who now works as a grief therapist and yoga therapist. I use a mindfulness-based approach to grief and incorporate some gentle yoga practices to help address your grief at a deeper level. Mindfulness-based grief counseling is about being present for another person’s pain and honoring their journey. I will walk with you through your experience and honor your grief so you can integrate the experience into your life and learn to make meaning from your loss.
