Do you feel that you should be in a different place? That you should be able to let go of your grief, but for some reason, you are stuck? Or have you experienced a loss very recently and have no idea how to move forward, how to live life?
Grief is unique, the same way you are unique. Everybody grieves differently and feels different things at different times. And that is ‘normal’. Grief is a journey, and sometimes its road is not straightforward but rather winded and consists of ups and downs. I will sit with you through that journey and help you to take one step at a time. Healing looks different for each person, and I am here to meet you exactly where you are.
If you want help in dealing with your emotions or are just looking for a place to talk and be yourself – I will be there.
