You may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, lost or stuck in a way of living that no longer feels good. Perhaps you are experiencing a loss or major life change and are struggling to cope. You may be leaving an unhealthy relationship and have a lot of difficult choices to make and feelings to process. Crescent Counselling Therapy provides a safe space and compassionate care to help you examine the challenges you are experiencing and rediscover joy and hope in life so you can thrive, not just survive.
I offer caring and confidential counselling that is uniquely tailored to you. Depending on your concerns and what you want to achieve through our time together, I may use a number of approaches to explore your preferred future and help you begin taking steps in that direction. We will talk about your grief to help process the loss you have experienced and uncover your values and personal resources that have helped you manage difficult times in the past.  Mindfulness could be integrated to help change your relationship with your thoughts and feelings and find greater peace of mind and agency in your life.
Life is sometimes tough but you don’t have to face it alone. I am here to listen, support, and work with you as you navigate the grief you are experiencing. You are the expert in your life and it’s my job to create a space where you feel safe to share. This leads to growth and healing and making changes that are meaningful to you. Counselling can help and you deserve it!
