Lets explore patterns and draw connections between thoughts, behaviors, and past experiences, as well as gain insight and identify solutions and coping skills that work for you. My counseling style is empathic, eclectic, and compassion-based.
Being human is hard! I believe therapy is for everyone. All of our feelings and experiences are valid. Therapy is a healthy and confidential outlet for expression of emotions, skill building, self-care planning, and goal manifesting.
