My therapeutic work is grounded in Contemporary Psychotherapy and online therapy is a specific feature of my practice. Working as an Integrative Therapist I draw upon a combination of ideas and techniques. I place you at the centre of our work and proceed at the pace and with the type of therapy that suits you. I can work with you for a brief period or longer if needed.
