It has been my pleasure and honor to offer individual and couple therapy to adults in Metro Atlanta for the past 17 years. In addition to training in family systems theory and my practice of an attachment-based, experiential and relational approach with clients, I have completed level 2 of Gottman Method Couple Therapy, as well as initial training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples to structure and deepen my work with couples. I engage in ongoing clinical consultation groups to support and challenge myself to do the best work possible. I love helping people strive toward their own best selves and enriching relationships.
