I empower individuals and families to identify their needs and explore ways to learn, grow, and heal using evidence based practices from a strength based perspective using Motivational interviewing skills. I believe families and individuals are capable to live their best balanced lives when they are able to safely explore ways to be their best self. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social work, and a Masters degree In Social Work from the University of Wyoming. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) under clinical supervision in Missouri with experience in community mental health. I offer individual youth, adult, family counseling, and grief work.
