Julie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Her past work experience placed her in a variety of clinical settings, including residential facilities, inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and child protection settings. She is dedicated to working with both individuals and couples who are seeking personal growth, or who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, infertility, grief and loss, self-esteem, and self-harm behaviors.
Julie acknowledges the difficulties and pressures experienced by adolescents in modern society and enjoys working with youths, as well as with their parents. Julie understands the challenges of attempting to find a work-life balance in our busy lives and strongly advocates for taking the time to prioritize one’s self.
Julie strives to create a relaxed, empathetic, and healing environment. She works with clients to discover their strengths and understands the importance of meeting the client where they are on their journey. Some of Julie’s therapeutic styles include solution-focused, CBT, mindfulness, and spirituality.
Julie can accept clients with the following insurance plans: BCBS PPO, Aetna, Optum, UBH / United Healthcare, & Medicare. Julie can also accept all self-pay clients.
