Though trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, my humanistic background is the foundation for my belief that true healing occurs within relationships. Because I value the power of relationship, I want you to know that I have personally experienced hard things too.  My passion for grief work is deeply rooted in personal experiences with loss, trauma, healing and finding hope.  I consider it an honor to bear witness to the pain and power of grief.
My professional experience includes many years in community mental health and private practice working with all kinds of people dealing with life’s challenges.  I have specialized training in grief work and enjoy working with children and adults experiencing loss.  What I want you to know the most is that there is always hope. Whether you are overwhelmed with big emotions or just needing guidance in a specific area, I will meet you where you are and be committed to helping you work through it.
I provide services at my private practice office located in LaGrange, GA and accept insurance and self pay with sliding scale options for eligible individuals.
