I am a Limited-Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual, couple and family therapy. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Norbert College, along with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas.
As your counselor, I will work to guide you through the counseling process in a way authentic to your individual needs and goals. I use a supportive approach to encourage you to fulfill your own potential. I utilize empathy and understanding, in combination with direct communication, to facilitate growth in a supportive counseling environment.
