Life is a big deal. It’s a lot. And sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of ourselves. To forget what we want and need. If we’re honest, though, most of us would say we used to want to feel deeply known and connected. Do you still? Sometimes our histories, the ways we’ve been hurt, and even we ourselves can get in the way of believing we can still live a life of joy, connection, and fulfillment.
I can help. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults who want to feel better. I am experienced in addressing depression and anxiety and helping people navigate the complexities of their relationships. No matter your story or struggles, I would be honored to walk a bit of your journey with you.
I love working with mothers and specialize in maternal mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. I’ll walk with you through the challenges, sorrow, and fragile hope of infertility and pregnancy and infant loss. As a mother myself, I know how hard this path can be.
