When you lose someone you love, moving through life can feel like an overwhelming burden. Even when you have a stable support system, our culture in general does not know how to respond to grief, and the loss can feel unbearable. It’s okay to ask for help. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples and families. I prioritize creating space to accept the reality of the loss, to work through the pain of grief, to adjust to life without this loved one, and to maintain a connection to the deceased while moving forward in life.
I completed my graduate work at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA and am experienced in the integration of faith and spirituality within Psychotherapy.
