Dr. Lori Cangilla is a licensed psychologist providing individual therapy to adults (ages 18-64) who are living with grief and loss related to life circumstances such as:

–major life transitions (job changes, marriage, divorce, perimenopause/menopause, empty nest, etc.)

–trauma and traumatic losses

–fertility issues, miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal loss

–adjusting to chronic illness and/or pain.

Dr. Cangilla specializes in helping highly sensitive people (HSPs) identify and work with their sensitivity, instead of fighting against their unique qualities. She uses creative, holistic, mindful approaches to help each client move toward growth and incorporating their losses into a meaningful new phase of life.
