I specialize in grief recovery. I offer support to those dealing with the death of a loved one and other personal losses including: loss of identity, dreams and expectations, child innocense, trust and safety, holiday rituals and traditions and crisis of faith. Major life transitions/changes can also cause a deep sense of loss. These transitions can involve divorce, empty nest, relocation, retirement, and career shifts. I provide a method to help you move forward and begin living again.
I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, codepencency, relationship issues, life purpose, self-awareness, self-esteem, spiritual growth/faith issues and women’s issues.
