I am currently accepting clients for night/weekend sessions. This year and last have been hard and if you feel more anxious, forgetful, and sad, you aren’t alone. It’s a difficult time for most people and when you add in our own personal life battles, grief, and traumas, it can be exhausting. I want to help you get to a better place emotionally and physically. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience of being the lighthouse in the storm. I offer affordable services because you are worth my time and mental health should not be a luxury only people with money can afford. My fees $60/hour or $30/half an hour.
I specialize in working with children, families, and adults. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy and am certified as an Adoption Competent Therapist, Certified Health Coach, and can do ESA evaluation. I am solution-focused and use many aspects of Positive Psychology to help you live your best life.
All sessions with be telehealth because above all else, you need to be safe to tell your story. Through the Theranest portal, we can have either a video session or telephonic. Be comfortable, be safe, and be yourself. I will like you just the way you are.
