Megan Bousquet is a Registered Art Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated from the George Washington University with a masters degree in Art Therapy.
As a therapist and a mother, Megan has extensive experience working with women, children, and families and has been practicing therapy for over 15 years.
Megan holds specialized experience in women’s health, maternal mental health, anxiety, body image, eating disorders, yoga, meditation, and child development. Her therapeutic approach is wellness based and utilizes a blend of expressive art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, breathing techniques and mindfulness based meditation.
