Not quite what I was planning.
These six words could be the autobiography for many individuals affected by death and loss. I work with individuals and couples helping them recognize the places where grief and trauma may be affecting them and their relationships. Through learning to take time to pause and listen, clients learn to lean into their difficult feelings, to release the pain and shame, and move forward into a place of acceptance. Through integrating psychological and spiritual principles, I collaborate with clients in their healing journeys and offer the option of creating personalized rituals to honor their loss and grief.
I believe each person is born whole and holy, and it is in the context of relationship with self, a trusted other, and a Higher Power that healing occurs. I see myself as a midwife in the process of helping you become the person you were born to be. My mission is to help the world heal one relationship at a time. Let me help you begin to heal the relationship you have with yourself.
