I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
I completed the Grief and Bereavement Certificate from the University of Western Ontario.
I completed both the Certificate and Advanced Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis with the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine.
Services Offered
For over 20 years, I have been privileged to walk alongside others through their grief and bereavement in a variety of settings including hospital, primary care, hospice care and in my private practice. Grief can be overwhelming, confusing and exhausting at times. As a society, we are often uncomfortable with talking about death so sometimes bereaved people need a safe space to process their loss.
I offer one to one counselling and therapy with adults to help you explore, express feelings and thoughts, learn to manage grief and begin to feel hope, in your own unique way.
