I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology. I am certified in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Licensed Clinical Supervisor for limited licensed professional counselors, and knowledgeable on various treatment modalities.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A collaborative one on one process between the client and therapist to establish goals in order to inspire change and improve quality of life. People seek therapy for assistance with issues that are too hard to face alone. The client is the expert in their treatment.
FAMILY THERAPY
Conjoint therapy that is geared toward helping families improve communication, resolve conflicts and learn healthy ways to work together as a family unit.
COUPLES THERAPY
Sometimes there are challenges within a relationship. In couples therapy, relationships issues stem from the inability to communicate in a healthy manner. Therefore, therapy will include communication technique, listening skills and compromising techniques
YOGA AND MEDITATION THERAPY
A holistic services approach to center the mind, body and spirit using yoga postures, deep breathing exercises, and guided imagery in order to obtain a healthy wellbeing.
LIFE COACHING
Assists individuals with finding alternative therapy options that will lead them to reach an attainable goal. These goals can consist of career changes, starting a new business, relationship goals, etc.
CAREER COACHING
Assists individuals with finding alternative therapy options that will lead them to reach an attainable goal. These goals can consist of career changes, starting a new business, relationship goals, etc.
Assists individuals with making important decisions regarding career goals, reducing employment stress or burnout, and dealing with re-entering the workforce.
SPIRITUAL COUNSELING EDUCATION
The educator’s position is to offer services that will assist an individual is aligning spiritual beliefs with internal awareness and happiness to the mind, body and spirit.
CONSULTATION SERVICES
Individuals will be assisted with legal issues that stems from:
– Child Protective Services investigations
– parenting classes, mediation
– court ordered evaluations and assessments.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
A certified supervisor will provide an opportunity for limited licensed counselors to explore, learn, process, and continue growing both personally and professionally in providing therapy within the mental health field.
VIRTUAL PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES

Clients will have access to psychiatric services in our virtual clinic to participate in psychiatric evaluations, medication management and medication reviews
