They want to feel safe and able to trust the professional providing the help. I believe that I am that professional and have been for 6 years working with adults and youth who struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal/homicidal ideation, self-esteem issues, substance use disorders, ADHD, parent/child relational issues, trauma, grief, abuse, bipolar disorder, and more.
