I provide holistic, individual therapy and grief counseling sessions to adults, college-age to seniors, by appointment.   I see grievers who mourn the loss of  loved ones of all ages, family, lovers, former spouses, friends, co-workers, beloved pets, and persons who have harmed you.    I work with grief following perinatal loss and stillborn birth.   I utilize a variety of approaches to help you express your feelings and to support your movement through the pain of loss, including journal writing and ritual.  Grief and bereavement are normal responses to death and loss.   When the circumstances of the death are violent and sudden, as in suicide, homicide, or accident, I offer traumatic grief and PTSD treatment modalities, such as EMDR.  I am certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist.   I also work with the severely ill and their caregivers who are experiencing anticipatory grief.
