I believe it is my life’s work to assist others in overcoming trauma, and the grief associated with the trauma experiences. I assist by providing real-life perspectives, understanding, and experience. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to seek help with our most intimate struggles; however, I also know that healing is possible and that it can lead to a sense of inner peace we may not have initially thought possible.
I have more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field by working with adults, adolescents, and children. By designing methods that are tailored to meet each individual’s needs, I am able to assist with working through challenges and traumatic life experiences.
I help others process, feel supported, and find meaning in their grief and loss process. My approach is to create a safe and comfortable space so you can feel free to talk about your most intimate stories and experiences. One of my goals is to help clarify and come up with solutions, and clarity for your troubles at hand.
