Services Offered
I provide psychotherapy for those who are experiencing a life threatening illness, end of life events, or going through this with a loved one. I also work with individuals and couples who are experiencing bereavement and going through their grief process either following the death of a loved one, or in anticipation of the loss of a loved one. Anticipatory grief is a less appreciated phase of saying good-by, wherein the person anticipating the loss has needs which need attention and support as well. I utilize a mindfulness self-compassion based approach, and work with a therapy dog to facilitate the process.
