Hello! I truly believe that everyone goes through a period of time when they can benefit from working with a counselor who can look at things objectively and offer suggestions, feedback, and direction to created the changes that are desired. I offer counseling services in a compassionate, nurturing environment to preteens, teens, and adults and I focus on what is most important to the client. I have been providing counseling services to teenagers, adults, couples, and familiar since 1997 with the hopes of helping them live healthy, fulfilling lives and I look forward to beginning our relationship to create the life you are hoping for.
I have been working in the mental health arena since 1994 and have provided mental health services and counseling services in a variety of settings. I have had the opportunity to gain extensive experience working with teenagers and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustments to major life transitions, relationship issues, and/or stress management concerns.
