Summary:
Our grief group curriculum incorporates both therapeutic and support-driven healing in your grief journey. In this group, you will learn new coping mechanisms, understand how grief, trauma, and the body are all connected, share your grief story, and connect with individuals who have also lost a child. Summary:
Bereaved Families of Ontario - Kingston Region offers this Parent (Loss of a Child) Support Group which provides an opportunity for parents, step-parents and grandparents who have experienced the death of a child to meet and share their experiences with their peers in a confidential virtual environment.
