Our Veterans Need Help

Summary: Veterans may experience worry or anxiety about their risk for contracting COVID-19. At Covington-McGee Christian Counseling we believe that faith makes a difference in Veterans and there family recover and heal from the wounds of war. This journey is not one a veteran can take alone. At Covington-McGee Christian Counseling we stand with, encourage you. God cares deeply for these wounded soldiers. You can be a bridge connecting veterans to God, the ultimate Healer. Many times healing begins when a veteran discovers they are not forgotten by America's citizens or by God.

TAPS- Tragedy Assitance Program for Survivors – NM

Summary: TAPS Care Group is a gathering of survivors who come together to share their grief journey. The group welcomes survivors who are grieving the loss of a military loved one, regardless of the circumstance of death, and without regard to their relationship to the deceased. If you are grieving the loss of someone who has served, you are welcome!

TAPS Care Group – Ambler, PA

Summary: TAPS Care Groups provide emotional support and camaraderie for military survivors. Lasting relationships can be built on common threads. These local survivor support groups are encouraging and enlightening. Many find they learn new coping skills and stress-relieving strategies by talking to others who can relate. Meets the 2nd Thursday of every month.
