Hands of Hope Home Health & Hospice is pleased to coordinate monthly meetups where widows and widowers can come together and connect with other people who understand what they are going through. This is a great way to meet new friends and gain support from feeling isolated and alone. Post-Traumatic Growth Group
Summary:
Post-Traumatic Growth Group is an intensive and focused 6-session grief group designed to guide you toward positive changes following a challenging or traumatic life event. The material will assist you toward increasing a sense of purpose, growing in resilience, and formulating identity in meaningful ways so that, although losses will continue to occur in the future, you can be better equipped to manage them and make healthy choices for the long-term.
