Living with Grief
Two online formats are available. One is an on-going informal discussion group where those who attend choose the topics for discussion. The other is a six-week series where we explore specific topics each session. Both are designed for those who had a supportive relationship with the deceased. We offer separate groups in both formats for those who had complicated circumstances such as abuse/neglect, mental illness, substance use, estrangement or other factors that made the relationship dynamics more complex. No connection to hospice is needed to participate.
