Summary:
Post-Traumatic Growth Group is an intensive and focused 6-session grief group designed to guide you toward positive changes following a challenging or traumatic life event. The material will assist you toward increasing a sense of purpose, growing in resilience, and formulating identity in meaningful ways so that, although losses will continue to occur in the future, you can be better equipped to manage them and make healthy choices for the long-term.
Participants will be at least 1 year beyond their loss and also have participated in some form of grief counseling and/or groups. Purchase of the workbook, "From Loss...to Life!" [...]
