Journey Through Grief Book Club.

JOURNEY THROUGH GRIEF is a book club for adults looking to connect with others who also face adversity after the death of a loved one. It's an opportunity to read, learn and heal together. The group is open to everyone in the community - from the occasional to the seasoned reader.

Led by trained grief counselors from The Elizabeth Hospice, support group participants will:
• Participate in discussions that explore the author’s story of grief and loss
• Discuss obstacles in facing adversity and learn how to build resiliency
• Achieve insights about their grief at a variety of stages
• Learn new coping skills for processing grief
• Connect with others who share similar life experiences

Meetings are held every other Monday, beginning June 14, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Access is available via Zoom.
