Living With Grief.

Leigh-Ann Larson, LMHC, has been trained by and participated in David Kessler's Grief Educator Program.  Leigh-Ann has been working in the field for 20 years and has come to  believe that life is all about relationship, love and loss.  As a counselor and support group facilitator, Leigh-Ann has seen many faces of grief and considers herself blessed to get to know your loved one through your stories, memories, love and yes, even your loss and pain.

Once you have entered into the world of the grieving, you will never be the same. Leigh-Ann believes that the pain of grief and loss is born out of the depth of love, connection and intimacy . The depth of this loss can also be born out of  the lack of connection during your loved one's life as well. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, to love and to live, on the other side of the loss of your loved one.

As a bereaved person there is no greater act of self-love than to reach out for support when you need it. Joining a group or speaking with a counselor is an excellent way to learn how to put the pieces back together as you go on with your life, Living With Grief.

Grief Groups are currently all on line. Leigh-Ann is the Founder and CEO of Elevate Counseling Services and in person sessions and groups take place in Southeastern Massachusetts.
