Loss of Spouse Support Group
This group will provide supportive listening, emotional support, guidance, and educational elements from an RLF therapist, and compassion from other group members who have experienced a spouse's death. A spouse's death can cause significant emotional distress and leave you feeling confused, lonely, isolated, angry, scared, and possibly even guilty. Your spouse was a part of your daily life, and now, navigating your life without their physical presence can be complicated and scary. Join others who "get it" for open and frank discussions in a nonjudgmental environment. Being able to share your story or your feelings is vital to the healing process. Come talk, laugh, cry, receive encouragement to go on, support one another as you navigate your way to healing and living a fulfilling life. You don't have to do this alone.
