Services Offered

I am here to support you in your personal experience of grief.

In my own life, I have faced loss to ALS, Alzheimers, alcoholism, and suicide, and have experience with sudden loss, anticipatory grief, and medical aid in dying. I am a cancer survivor and have facilitated group programs for cancer survivors, thrivers and caregivers. I also experience the grief associated with rising climate chaos and am passionate about supporting people struggling with climate grief.

In our time together, I will meet you where you are and provide a space for you to share and explore your grief. We can meet together in:

Individual Online Sessions: customized support for individuals confronting grief & loss
Climate Grief Groups: group sessions for those seeking to process grief related to climate change in community

I cannot take your pain away, but I am here to bear witness to your grief, help you integrate this loss into your life, and support you in your efforts to live and love fully.
