Before becoming a therapist, Shaina focused on designing spaces for an interior design firm in Winter Park, Florida. Shaina made her switch from focusing on outward beauty and design to inward refinement and growth when she chose to pursue her post graduate degree in 2015. Shaina graduated with her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
In addition to Shaina’s specialties – EMDR Therapy, Postpartum Therapy, and Grief Counseling – Shaina is here to support you in pregnancy, trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, marital issues, stress, coping skills, relationship issues, self-esteem, career counseling, life transitions, parenting, LGBTQ+ challenges, women’s issues, and men’s issues.
