Life can bring us to places where we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or deeply hurt—whether that’s due to a loss, a traumatic experience, or the emotional weight that life sometimes presents. Grief and trauma are personal experiences, and healing often requires a supportive, compassionate space where you can be understood and begin to process your pain at your own pace. I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating the impacts of grief and trauma helping them find their way through complex emotions.

I believe that every person has the capacity for healing, even in the midst of profound pain. I work with individuals to help them understand their emotional responses and develop ways to cope that align with their own values and strengths. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can fully feel and process your grief and experiences without judgment.
I offer individual counseling via in person or telehealth in Portland, Oregon.
