Breathe. Relax your shoulders and jaw. You’ve finally found someone who gets it. I have experienced the loss of two babies and have been supporting families who know this pain for more than a decade. I offer one on one support in two ways: My signature LIFT program shows you step by step how to Look Up, Find Peace, Infuse Energy and Take Care of Yourself. You don’t have to do this grief thing alone.

My Pregnancy After Loss Peace program helps you stop holding your breath so you can actually enjoy your pregnancy after miscarriage, stillbirth or any other kind of baby loss. It’s something I’ve experienced three times. I know how scary and exciting it can be.

All support is done virtually, worldwide.

Go to my website to sign up for a connection call and I’ll take care of the rest. You deserve support.

I am also the host of the Smooth Stones Podcast. It’s a how-to guide for life after baby loss. Which includes grief and so much more. Check it out on your favorite podcast player! I am available as a speaker and podcast guest as well, send me an email and let’s talk.
