Services Offered
I am a certified spiritual director, certified grief educator, as well as a piano performer and teacher. Therefore the modalities I use are a combination of music, art, photography, journaling,mindful meditations as expressions in healing .
I offer a safe space to process life, feelings and story in finding self and meaning in suffering. I offer support for families who are experiencing grief and loss, including issues related to deaths, life transitions, ageing and changing relationships.
I work with different faiths, culture and age group.
I’m fluent in English, cantonese and Mandarin.
