Services Offered
I provide counseling and psychotherapy for families, couples, individuals, and children over the age of 8 years old. During the Covid-19 Pandemic I am providing Telehealth sessions using a HIPPA-compliant platform. I also see clients for in-person sessions at my office in Mariposa, California on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
I am level-one trained in Internal Family Systems, a year-long course in exploring, validating, and supporting a client’s inner world of parts. In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, I have recently received certification as a clinical tele-mental health provider. This certification reflects 23 hours of training in providing video/online sessions with an emphasis in treating clients with a history of trauma.
Other areas of my clinical practice focus on issues of depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, communication skill building, assertiveness, boundary setting, grief and loss, increasing self-esteem, parenting, and co-parenting.
I particularly enjoy working with women of all ages as they explore their potential and seek to live authentic lives.
