My therapy specialties include grief and loss, bereavement, trauma, anxiety and depression. I specialize in treating adult clients dealing with grief and loss and bereavement. I also work with clients whom have experienced a traumatic event(s) and utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Forward Facing Therapy to address this. Other treatment modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Guided Therapeutic Imagery. I provide individual and family therapy. I am also now offering online psychotherapy or teletherapy.
