I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice in Seattle Washington. I also have a certification in psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy. My masters degree is in family systems therapy from Bastyr University. I have been in private practice since 2001.

My services include adult individual, couples, and group therapy. I work with many different issues including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, transitions, and stress management. I facilitate weekly psychodrama groups.
