I am a trauma survivor and near death experience survivor who walks with others along their journey to healing and wholeness. I offer: grief counseling, facilitation of grief groups, teaching and lecturing, mentoring, and spiritual direction. *Teaching and lecturing on grief, grief education, theology, Orthodox Christianity, spiritual direction, prayer, etc.
I walk with people through their grief journeys, guiding them through grief and loss while offering support, empathy, and hope. I offer: individual grief counseling and facilitation of grief groups for Death, Loss, Life Disappointments, Trauma and Abuse, etc. in-person and virtually. I offer spiritual direction and mentoring in person and virtually. In spiritual direction we explore how to connect to one’s spirituality, how to get closer to God, how to go deeper in one’s prayer life, how spirituality can help in grief, etc. In mentoring, we form a bond that helps one explore their own goals, self, and life through connection and direction from a mentor. I teach different kinds of prayer such as listening prayer, silent prayer, breathing prayer, Lectio Divina prayer. I have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD. I am a trauma and abuse survivor, and near death experience survivor.
All services can be offered with a spiritual perspective, Christian perspective, and/or Orthodox Christian perspective at client request.
